Jeff Silvers, Mayor Pro-Tem - Jeffrey H. Silvers; born December 28, 1965. Graduate of Foley High School; Manager of Swift Supply; Married to RaeAnn with children Brandon and Chase; Resident of Orange Beach for 23 years; Elected to Council in August 2004; Served on Planning Commission, Variance Board, Sports Association and Volunteer Fire Department Board.
Joni Blalock - Joni Blalock; born May 9, 1959. B.A. & M.A. from University of Alabama; Married to Tem with children Ginger, Britney and Lindsay; Resident of Orange Beach for 22 years; Elected to Council in August 2004; Serves on Planning Commission, served on Personnel Board and Standing Committee.
Ed Carroll - Edward H. Carroll, Sr.; born December 2, 1937. Graduate of McGill Institute and served in U.S. Navy; Retired International Paper Company (38 years); Married to Merle with children Cynthia Lynn Carroll and Edward, Jr; 3 grandchildren; Elected to City Council in August 2004; Representative to Alabama League of Municipalities, Alabama Gulf Coast Sports Commission. President of Orange Beach Community Center Association; Member St. Thomas By The Sea. Chairman of the Concerned Citizens of Orange Beach.
Larry Alexander - Larry Alexander; born July 3,1943.Degree from Auburn University - Montgomery,with Graduate studies at Troy State University. Married to Nancy W and has one son Lance and daughter in-law Krista, 2 granddaughters. Owner of Beach n Bay Builders. Retired from International Paper Company.Served as Chairman of Orange Beach Planning Commission,member of Construction Board of Adjustments. Former Volunteer Civil Defense Director for Gulf Shores.Resident since 1992. Appointed to City Council February 2006. Attends church at United Methodist Church of Orange Beach. Hobbies include being a proud "granddad" and travel.
Tracy Holiday - Tracy is active in environmental issues and worked on the City of Orange Beach’s acquisition of Robinson Island. She is a member of the Coastal Alabama Alliance, serving on the steering committee. She is the Chairman of Coastal Alabama Response Network, and the group responsible for facilitating communications between municipalities and the Baldwin County EMA during disaster situations.
Tracy has served on the Baldwin County Humane Society Board and is an animal lover and an advocate for the all wildlife.
Born in Santa Rosa County Florida and raised in Northern California, Tracy earned a B.A of Communication Studies from California State University, Chico. She and her husband Tim McCrory, along with their three Labradors enjoy living on the Alabama’s Gulf Coast.
