Whether applying in person or online, any person, entity, corporation or organization making a REQUEST for Business License or Permit of any kind, pass for Recreation Membership or purchase of an event ticket must accept terms set forth in the application disclaimer you are about to use.

Applicants for a business licenses or a construction permit MAY NOT start a business or perform any work required by permit until you are NOTIFIED by the department responsible for issuing such permits or license and ALL information requested by the city is complete and all requirements are met for the City of Orange Beach, Baldwin County and the State of Alabama as prescribed by law.

NOTIFICATION WILL BE PROVIDED BY EMAIL AFTER THE INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE IS VERIFIED.

Associated fees for Business License, Permit, Memberships or Tickets include issuance fees by the City of Orange Beach along with an electronic E-Notification delivery cost. This feature will provide quicker response to your request. The ability to check the status of your request, CLICK HERE, and follow instructions) and eliminate expenses related to time/postage in waiting for an application to be sent by mail or a response by postal mail in most cases.
