The City of Orange Beach Finance Department is located in the south end of City Hall at 4099 Orange Beach Blvd (Hwy 161). Their regular business hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. The department phone is (251) 981-6096 and the fax is (251) 981-2551.
