The City operates a sewer plant that provides sewer service to all locations within the City and to some County locations. The charge is currently $28 per month inside the City and $42 per month outside the City. These are billed by the Finance Department on the last day of each month for the upcoming month. The City provides household-garbage service to all residential locations with the City through a contract with Allied Waste. They pick up twice a week on Tuesday and Friday. The charge is currently $15 per month and is billed by the Finance Department on the same bill as the sewer charge.
