RESOLUTION FORMING THE TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMMITTEE
objectives
The purpose of the Committee is to:
- study and investigate the needs and desires of the Orange Beach community related to cable television and advanced communications services;
- periodically report the Committee’s findings and recommendations to the Mayor and City Council for further action;
- assist the Council in the ongoing cable television renewal process with Mediacom;
- monitor legal and technological developments related to communications;
- perform such other tasks as directed by the Council.
